NH Ross has a great employee named Eli. The service I recently received from him was excellent. In addition to being friendly and engaging, he was punctual, which was much appreciated. I had questions about my mini-split system, and he answered them all. He even provided helpful tips to help me stay informed. Eli didn’t try to upsell me, so I could think things through on my own, which I also appreciated. He is knowledgeable and personable, so I will definitely request him next time I need plumbing, heat, or electrical work done at my house. I’m very pleased with the service I received.
