Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

You will manage incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. Work closely with our technicians, prioritizing urgent calls to meet daily revenue and sales goals. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.

Experienced Service Electrician

Job description

NH Ross, a company with over 53 years in Residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Services, is hiring an Experienced Service Electrician with at least 3 years of experience.

Perform residential electrical repairs and replacements, including wiring, service upgrades, and panel change-outs. Must have a valid driver’s license, strong troubleshooting skills, and outstanding customer service abilities. The role requires professionalism, safe work practices, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Nexstar training and Service Titan experience are a plus.
