Daniel was the first member of NH Ross to come repair my HVAC system after the AC stopped working over the summer and was flooding the utility closet with water. He did not rush, walked me through each problem and educated me, was professional and polite - great experience! I’ve had such horror stories with contractors on the past and I now feel comfortable knowing I have NH Ross to rely on each month.

Beyond that, I then had Eli and James come for my annual free time up of my heater. Having moved in only a few months ago, I was totally unaware of the lack of upkeep from the previous owners. Eli and James diagnosed everything, explained the problems thoroughly in layman’s terms, went above and beyond to fix ancillary defects, and provided a full repair within under one hour!

This company is fantastic, I highly recommend them to anyone. Communication and scheduling with the office is a breeze. I’ve had the worst experiences with techs and NH Ross has been a rock star!

Once again this company has done a phenomenal job! This is the second time Rich has come to fix plumbing issues in my home and like everyone else he was quick, efficient, friendly, and very professional. John came to flush the RINNAI water heater for its yearly flush but my main concern was I smelled gas in the house from time to time. I had other plumbers come and check it before and they never found a leak. John went in the crawl space sprayed the pipes but didn’t smell gas in the crawl space but only in the stove area he kept looking for where the gas smell was coming from and he found it! A bubble formed from the bottom of a pipe. He put in a new one pipe triple checked it to make sure no gas was coming out of it. John really was like a bloodhound to find where that gas leak was coming from.

RH Ross heating converted my oil burner to gas. They did a beautiful job. Recently I've had them do annual maintenance on the unit by their service man John R. He was personable, thorough, and provided details on everything he did. It was a pleasure having him take care of my system and I look forward to the next time seeing him.

Cole T did an excellent job at explaining and mapping out a plan for a generator hookup. Was unhurried and helped make a stressful situation easier than I had expected. Would definitely recommend for future projects.

I recently converted my house from oil heat to gas heat. NH Ross has been great throughout the process. They were very accommodating to my schedule. All of the workers were excellent. Artie in particular has done a great job. He was extremely neat and cleaned everything when the job was done. There was nothing for me to do when he finished. He reviewed everything with me and answered all questions that I had. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I would highly recommend NH Ross. I had my heating system checkup today. The technician was courteous and professional. I really like the way this company operates.

10-20-25 I called to find out why my a:/c fan was coming on when my heat came on. The technician came out and discovered my thermostat was set up for electric heat vs gas. He set the thermostat for gas and the fan no longer comes on for heat. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.. I asked why my a/c filters seemed to not fit. He showed me that most filters for a 24x30x1 opening are sized at 23.5x 29.5x3/4. I have searched for 24x30x1 filters and can’t find any..

7/31/26 I had N H Ross technicians come to my house to install new light over garage door. They also hard wired the light switches that are no longer needed. Very courteous and professional as all of Ross technicians have been. I am so happy that I found this business

8/31/26 We had our Electrical inspection today.. The technician was courteous and professional. All went well.

Todd was very professional and did a very clean work. He was also very helpful with my questions even if they were not related to the job. He pointed to a problem which we couldn’t have seen.

Cole replaced four smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and added two to bring the house up to code. He explained everything before he started, worked quickly and was very polite and considerate. Great service from Kevin!

Cole came from n.h. Ross to check my electrical system. He couldn't have been nicer. He carefully explained items that needed repair/replacement including three smoke alarms that were at least 30 years old. He did the work professionally and with no fuss. He was very thorough. I was very pleased with Cole's work. I highly recommend him.

Moe performed a free plumbing inspection of our home on behalf of N H Ross. He was pleasant, professional and clearly explained the work he suggested should be done. All in less than two hours. Met our expectations.

Had a great experience with this company. They came out to diagnose and fix our AC unit this month. Daniel G did the diagnostics last week and Kevin F came today to fix it and replace our pump. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Also, Mo and Niel came for a plumbing issue a few months later and did a great job diagnosing the issue. Very friendly and professional.

MO was here. Job was done well and he estimated all what need to be done for future. company was recommended to me by neighbors who also were happy with the job!!!!

Mohamad was sensational. He fixed the AC drain and suggested anew Water heater since the date on the tank was sometime in 2000. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Good job!

As usual, Paul did an excellent job. The new electrical wiring is great and with the clean-up, you would never know he was here.

I had my heating system checkup today. The technician was courteous and professional. I really like the way this company operates.

10-20-25 I called to find out why my a:/c fan was coming on when my heat came on. The technician came out and discovered my thermostat was set up for electric heat vs gas. He set the thermostat for gas and the fan no longer comes on for heat. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.. I asked why my a/c filters seemed to not fit. He showed me that most filters for a 24x30x1 opening are sized at 23.5x 29.5x3/4. I have searched for 24x30x1 filters and can’t find any..

7/31/26 I had N H Ross technicians come to my house to install new light over garage door. They also hard wired the light switches that are no longer needed. Very courteous and professional as all of Ross technicians have been. I am so happy that I found this business.

I would like to give a review on Mike Decastro. Mike has been with NH Ross for a short time but an electrician for 12 years. He is excellent in his job and extremely neat. The job he performed was a bit difficult having to go in a small attic to do the job correctly. NH Ross is lucky to have this electrician working for them.

Cole was great. He installed a whole house surge protector and GFCI switch in laundry room. Cole explained everything clearly and did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company.
