Paul Palermo, the electrician from NH Ross, came to help solve an issue happening with our HVAC system. His role was to inspect the wiring and electrics around the house to try and eliminate if that was the cause of the issue. Eventually, he concluded it wasn’t the source of our problem here. However he noticed several abnormalities with our voltage that I have to report to my power company. Overall, Paul was a really nice guy, sharp, courteous and professional. I was so grateful he knew his business, even though the larger problem was not rectified yet.. He didn’t just do the work, but did some nifty teaching of how our electric panels functioned. So I received a bit of an education while he was here. He replaced a wire in our thermostat as well. He worked fast and non-intrusively. Finally, he gave me some helpful quotes for upgrading my electric panels. He provided some impressive discounts in those offers. A very good experience with this electrician.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ NH Ross saved us on Christmas Eve. Our furnace went out unexpectedly and they came on very short notice and got everything fixed quickly and professionally. Eli and Brian were fantastic — knowledgeable, calm, and clearly experienced. They took the time to explain what was wrong, worked efficiently, and made sure the system was fully up and running before they left. No upselling, no pressure — just solid work when it mattered most. Can’t say enough about how much we appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism, especially on a holiday. Highly recommend NH Ross and especially Eli and Brian.

Everyone we have worked with there has been exceptional from day one. We have built a personal rapport with some of the staff as well as some of the technicians who have frequented our home and we can say with certainty that they truly care about their customers. Staff members like Joan, Jill, Gail, Joe, Brian, and a few more whose names I know I’m missing (my deepest apologies for that - I will add them in at a later date), all make you feel welcomed, and supported with every phone call. As for our experiences with the technicians and the results they have achieved in our home, we can confidently say that their expertise & professionalism are top notch! Based on our personal experiences, we can say that in particular, Jayson C. & Paul P. (electricians) are both outstanding and experts that are highly skilled at their trade as I’m sure many others that we haven’t met within the company yet are as well. This time, Paul was our electrician, and he was outstanding from start to finish. Paul spent several hours thoroughly going through our entire home and truly covered all the bases. He was incredibly knowledgeable and caught things we never would have noticed on our own. For example, we had hardwired smoke detectors that were still functioning, so we assumed they were fine. Paul explained that even hardwired detectors need to be replaced every ten years, and ours were well beyond that. He replaced all of them and made sure everything was up to date and safe. He also checked outlets and performed a full assessment of the home, making sure everything was in good shape. His attention to detail, focus on safety, and overall expertise were impressive and very reassuring. Beyond his technical skill, Paul is also extremely personable and easy to be around. He explains things clearly, takes the time to answer questions, and genuinely makes the experience comfortable and even enjoyable. He’s a real joy to have in the home. We’ve been consistently happy with this company, and visits like this are exactly why we continue to trust and rely on them. Highly recommend.

Paul Palermo the electrician did a great on his inspection of the building. He interpreted everything needs to be done in a simple understanding that a layman would have.

Furnace/thermostat wasn’t working and I don’t trust anyone but NH Ross. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and the technician sent very professional and quickly resolved my issue. Dan who came out today on 12/17/25 very thorough in explaining the situation at hand and getting my heat back on par. This is why I keep coming back!!!

Todd was great ! From the moment he walked in. He took his time and diagnosed my boiler issue correctly after being misdiagnosed and almost scammed by another company. He fixed the problem but still no heat. He rechecked and notice a pipe cold/ frozen. Suggested we put portable heater near crawl space but still said he will come back the next day to make sure all good. Price was little high but not sure what these things go for. Todd and Jill collectively discussed and gave us a little discount. Plus I felt comfortable with company from the beginning. The office was easy to deal and updated us on arrival time. Reliable ! I want to THANK Daniel G. with his service Daniel was so professional and understanding our needs. He explained everything to us. On Monday dec.15th I also want to thank Brian and Jack and their team for all of their hard work! How professional everyone of them are. My boyfriend and I were in a room quit chilly and Brian set us up with a small heater because it was so cold. After having our 1st storm in about 4 yrs the guys were all great in the freezing icy conditions!! Thank you guys you are all amazing!! Thankful to each of you!! I would like to give a review on Mike Decastro. Mike has been with NH Ross for a short time but an electrician for 12 years. He is excellent in his job and extremely neat. The job he performed was a bit difficult having to go in a small attic to do the job correctly. NH Ross is lucky to have this electrician working for them.

Paul quickly identified the issue and recommended we call PSEG, one of the phases feeding the panel was lost. Since we have a maintenance plan it came at no cost for us.

I really like the way this company operates. 10-20-25 I called to find out why my a:/c fan was coming on when my heat came on. The technician came out and discovered my thermostat was set up for electric heat vs gas. He set the thermostat for gas and the fan no longer comes on for heat. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.. I asked why my a/c filters seemed to not fit. He showed me that most filters for a 24x30x1 opening are sized at 23.5x 29.5x3/4. I have searched for 24x30x1 filters and can’t find any..

5 stars is not enough to give this company for the work performed. From the salesperson, Jose who simply took the time to explain the job to Jack and Jorge who worked tirelessly for 14 hours until the job was complete installing a difficult boiler, barely leaving for lunch. Constant communication from the office and the red carpet was over the top, you could eat off my basement floor when they left. Slight hiccup with Ecobee's thermostat, 'NH Ross to the rescue', onsite the next day at 730am. Thank you NH Ross for giving us Jorge, Jack and Jill in the office-they are rockstars as is your company! I will spread the word and be joining the Anchor Club too.

The first part is my earlier review which I'd like to add to below. (1) While my a/c repairs are going to cost me, Jason did a fantastic job explaining what/why/how. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous. I signed a comprehensive maintenance contract moving forward. (2) Today (months later) I had Jack J. review my heating system. How thorough it was! I was very impressed. They even changed my filters. Very professional. Gave me a comprehensive list of recommendations for the future to consider. Their maintenance contract is the BEST price and value around the area. (3) Eli J. is yet another professional, knowledgeable, experienced technician who checked up on my air conditioning system to make sure it’s in pristine condition before operating it for the summer. I got a full report at the end, recommendations for some enhancements, and an explanation as to what each one would do. Eli was very respectful of my home, friendly, thorough and an asset to the company. Thanks for another great job!

I had a great experience with Daniel V and Jason installing a dishwasher! They were professional, communicative, and courteous. I really appreciated that they left the kitchen spotless and even helped clean out a clog in our vacuum!

Daniel was fantastic! He came over on short notice and fixed my AC system very quickly. There was debris caught in the motor and he removed it and got my system up and running in no time.

I had two air conditioners, both of which were 25 years old. NH Ross worked with me to negotiate a fair price and provided three professional installers who worked in my house for 10 hours. It was a very professional experience, from estimate, sales, communication, and physical install. And it all happened within a week's time. Thanks to my salesman Jose and my installers Brian, Eli, and Mario. I also purchased their Anchor Club, which gets me free annual upkeep and a discount should I need new products/services not only for air, but for plumbing and heating.
