I had my heating system checkup today. The technician was courteous and professional. I really like the way this company operates.

10-20-25 I called to find out why my a:/c fan was coming on when my heat came on. The technician came out and discovered my thermostat was set up for electric heat vs gas. He set the thermostat for gas and the fan no longer comes on for heat. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.. I asked why my a/c filters seemed to not fit. He showed me that most filters for a 24x30x1 opening are sized at 23.5x 29.5x3/4. I have searched for 24x30x1 filters and can’t find any..

7/31/26 I had N H Ross technicians come to my house to install new light over garage door. They also hard wired the light switches that are no longer needed. Very courteous and professional as all of Ross technicians have been. I am so happy that I found this business

8/31/26 We had our Electrical inspection today.. The technician was courteous and professional. All went well.

Todd was very professional and did a very clean work. He was also very helpful with my questions even if they were not related to the job. He pointed to a problem which we couldn’t have seen.

Cole replaced four smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and added two to bring the house up to code. He explained everything before he started, worked quickly and was very polite and considerate. I would certainly ask for him if we need any further electrical work done. I think he is exceptional and I am impressed that Ross Electric responded within an hour of my call. Anne B Setauket

Very satisfied with the work that was done to repair damage that resulted from a large heavy branch falling on the wire from house to street pole. Required new meter pan to bring up to code, as well as a new 2 1/2” mast and new wiring. The technicians were very professional and courteous.

The technician Will G. from NH Ross Electric, did a great job with outdoor plumbing drain clog cleaning and water removal. He thought to include preventative maintenance measures on the drain, run off water, debris clearing and setting a flood alarm on the basement door, forward thinking. Great job Patrick!

Kevin was great! Added a float/wet switch and secondary drain protection to my HVAC system. Took pictures of the work and discussed with me so I could clearly understand. Super nice and friendly. Sweet to my dog and kid! Haha. Thanks!

I had Todd come by to do my plumbing tune up and he was great! Answered all my questions, adjusted my shower water to make it more hot and tested my water quality. Very nice and friendly. Happy to have NH Ross come ASAP whenever I need help!

Cole came from n.h. Ross to check my electrical system. He couldn't have been nicer. He carefully explained items that needed repair/replacement including three smoke alarms that were at least 30 years old. He did the work professionally and with no fuss. He was very thorough. Had a great experience with this company. They came out to diagnose and fix our AC unit this month. Daniel G did the diagnostics last week and Kevin F came today to fix it and replace our pump. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Also, Mo and Niel came for a plumbing issue a few months later and did a great job diagnosing the issue. Very friendly and professional.

I would like to give a review on Mike Decastro. Mike has been with NH Ross for a short time but an electrician for 12 years. He is excellent in his job and extremely neat. The job he performed was a bit difficult having to go in a small attic to do the job correctly. NH Ross is lucky to have this electrician working for them.

Cole was great. He installed a whole house surge protector and GFCI switch in laundry room. Cole explained everything clearly and did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great job. Checked all electrical on first visit and today replaced breaker in panel for washing machine for a gfci breaker.

Based on my recent service, from booking the appointment to the actual service itself — I would honestly rate this a 5-star experience. My schedule is really hectic, so I truly appreciated that they were able to accommodate a time that worked for me, and most importantly, they arrived right on time. Jill was excellent at scheduling and very easy to talk to over the phone, and she also did a great job following up. I also want to give a special mention to Eli, the technician, who was kind, professional, and thorough, he checked each wiring and board carefully and confirmed everything was in good condition. The price was a bit on the higher side, but I believe it was reasonable for the quality of service provided. I recently converted my house from oil heat to gas heat. NH Ross has been great throughout the process. They were very accommodating to my schedule. All of the workers were excellent. Artie in particular has done a great job. He was extremely neat and cleaned everything when the job was done. There was nothing for me to do when he finished. Went over everything in detail, answered questions, pros/cons of options, and then took care of things with great attention to detail. I could not be more satisfied

Update (June 2026): Worked with HVAC to have a heavy duty dehumidifier installed; the technician (Eli) was informative, detail shared all the options with pros/cons to help me with various decisions, and professional with install and instructions. Also had Electrical do the annual whole home electrical system checkup. The technician (Klivan) was prompt, polite, and went above and beyond to answer questions. The checkup was pretty much straight As, which supports the quality of electrical work performed by NH Ross last year.

Kevin was very professional, provided clear explanations of the issues and options to get the system operational.

Brian explained everything about the HVAC mini-splits checks and cleanings he was doing; he vacuumed my system clear of accumulated debris; tested each one for efficiency and pronounced my FUJITSU HVAC system in perfect shape. Brian was hardworking, friendly, and answered all my questions & concerns. NH Ross is fortunate to count Brian as one of their employees- a great representative for the company!

I just signed up for NH Ross’ Anchor club last month to have them do home inspections of everything. Paul who does the electric for the company, came to my house and went over everything with me, any concerns I had I was able to ask and he answered all of my questions and concerns. He was very respectful, courteous and kind. I did not feel pressured into signing anything or do any work on the spot. I appreciated that he printed out everything for me and the options they had for work to be done in the future. I recommend this company 100%. They also replaced my old boiler with a new one and it has worked fantastic since. I also had Kevin F who came to do Our AC Tuneup. He was super polite and helpful, very knowledgeable and answering all questions I had. They have gained my trust and I really like how flexible and accommodating they are. I also enjoy how they are truly a one stop shop.

June 11- Bryan methodically checked the A/C system. The system was not cooling properly. Turns out it needed a bit more refrigerant. Apparently there is a leak. He spoke with his office to schedule at date for someone to come by and seach for the leak. Bryan was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with this service call.

Klivan R. completed an Electrical Maintenance visit. He was professional and courteous. He provided complete information on all suggestions made for updates or services.
