Cole, Bryan, and Mo did an excellent job!!!

Paul came to my house for an outlet install and surge protector at the main box. He was thorough and knowledgeable kept the workspace, clean and pristine. The outlet looks like it’s been there all along. The surge protector is an added Peace of mind. Very happy with the quality of his work and his knowledge of electrical do’s and don’ts , so if you’re in the market for any kind of electrical work, definitely ask for Paul P at NH Ross.

Well the Company just came to do the yearly inspection on the electrical part of the house. Paul palermo was the guy that came. He spent a long time going through the entire house which is quite large.. He was extremely informative and went over everything with me and explained issues that came up and what was great too.. I am extremely happy with their service. I will tell you that this company is not just about looking for problems to make money, which many people think about these types of services. I like the honesty. People do not realize how important it is to have this kind of insurance in place. The peace of mind knowing that my smoke detectors work or my electrical plugs are in decent shape is so worth it. Repair work is absolutely great too. No mess. The best people.

Paul was great. Very thorough. Found stuff in my place that I couldn't even see that could've caused catastrophe and remedied it right away. Highly recommend thier Anchor club as a homeowner. Just goes to show how important these checkups can be !!! Especially if you just bought your own place ! DONT TRUST YOUR HOME INSPECTORS ! Update 4/8/2026 - I’ve been part of their Anchor Club for about 1–2 years. I do appreciate that they come out and check the HVAC and systems, but almost every visit turns into an upsell for things that aren’t really necessary. The pricing is what really concerns me. During my most recent visit, I was quoted over $1,000 to replace a 3/4" main water shutoff valve. This is typically a ~$40–$60 part and a fairly straightforward job. I understand companies need to make money, but that kind of pricing feels excessive. I’d recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major work they suggest.

I have recently got a few more jobs done by Cole T, and Jack J. Both were amazing technicians, explaining the job they were going to do and also very polite. I had my water heater serviced by Mo, and he was extremely helpful, explaining everything he was doing and very charismatic all the time.

I'm very happy with my experiences with NH Ross. I've used quite a few services now as I am a new home owner and have signed up for their monthly service plan. Most recently, I had a new water tank installed which was led by Andrew. He was very professional and did a great job. The location of the water heater is in a tough spot (located under the home in a crawlspace), so I especially appreciate Andrew and his partner's hard work to remove the old tank and install the new one. I've also had Paul come out to my home to help with an electrical evaluation, an electrical panel upgrade, and all of my many electrical questions/concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It's important to feel that you can trust someone when it comes to something as important as home electrical work; I know that my home is in good hands when Paul is there. Lastly, the dispatch team is great. Very communicative- always let's me know the day before and day of what's going on and who's coming out. EDIT: In April 2026 I had plumbing work done led by John and Anthony. Once again, the pipes are all located in a crawlspace, so I really appreciate the labor that went into this job. I also had work done on my kitchen and bathroom sinks. It was a large job, but John and Anthony were so professional and efficient. John was the one who initially came out to inspect the issue and go over my options with me. He was extremely thorough and explained an option to only fix the burst pipes, an option for the sink work, and an option to do a larger pipe replacement (it's an old house and was in need of an upgrade on that front). What I've appreciated most about all of my experiences with NH Ross is that no one has been pushy. They present the options and give their opinion, but as a customer it's great to not feel pressured when it comes to very expensive decisions.

Based on recent service call and quote for entire tankless system I give NH Ross a solid 5 rating. Both the technician, John, and sales rep., Jose were courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Our cast iron boiler did the job for the last 23 years, however, recently the unit was costing us money so with the guidance of John @ Jose and some research we opted to go with the tankless system. This is an investment so prepare to spend some bucks but based on everything I was told these systems are worth the outlay. Installation is tomorrow so hopefully I will add additional positive comments. 🤞🙏

I just signed up for NH Ross’ Anchor club last month to have them do home inspections of everything. Paul who does the electric for the company, came to my house and went over everything with me, any concerns I had I was able to ask and he answered all of my questions and concerns. He was very respectful, courteous and kind. I did not feel pressured into signing anything or do any work on the spot. I appreciated that he printed out everything for me and the options they had for work to be done in the future. I recommend this company 100%. They also replaced my old boiler with a new one and it has worked fantastic since. They have gained my trust and I really like how flexible and accommodating they are. I also enjoy how they are truly a one stop shop.

Gayle at dispatch was incredibly kind and immediately prioritized us the moment she heard we had live exposed wires. Paul and Cole showed up in 20 minutes — twenty! — diagnosed everything on the spot, explained it clearly, and were honestly just a blast to have around. We brought in John the plumber for a leak and he was just as fast, just as great. I liked them all so much I signed up for their inspection subscription before they even left. When they needed extra parts, I'll admit I thought here we go, they're gone forever. Nope. They stayed. Christian arrived in a flash, installed everything so quickly I barely noticed, and just like that, every single thing was handled, same day, one visit. Gayle. Paul. Cole. John. Christian. Every person was phenomenal. NH Ross has a customer for life. 🙌

Wonderful heating inspection

A step above everyone else. Very easy and fast to make an appointment and they reach out when their are cancellations to try and get your problem solved faster which is a definite plus especially for people who have alot going on every day. Patrick was our tech and he did a great job, excellent knowledge of the trade and fixed the problem correctly and in a timely fashion. Would recommend N.H. Ross and Patrick to anyone 100% Waived consultation fee if you use them to make the repairs needed which is a great deal. No Brainer

Paul did a magnificent job.

Called with an emergency — a burst hot water heating pipe behind the basement wall. I contacted the office at 10 a.m., and the plumber was onsite within 2 hours. Mike F. was courteous, professional, and confident. He immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He made a minimal cut through the sheetrock to access the pipe and was very careful. He has great knowledge of heat boilers and got the system back online perfectly after the repair. Just 4 hours later, the house heat was fully restored and ready for the very cold nights ahead. It wasn’t cheap, but it was absolutely worth it! Communication with the office was excellent before and after the job. Great, efficient work — one very satisfied customer! Highly recommend!

Patrick came out at 7pm to fix a leak in a pipe in our basement. He was courteous, explained everything he would need to do, gave us a quote and got to work. We will definitely be calling on NH Ross and asking for Patrick to deal with any future plumbing issues.

We had an absolutely disaster loss of power during the coldest time of the year during the worst snow storm we have had in 7 years. They came out accessed the damage and we needed a full panel replacement. Got it done the next day ensuring my house would have heat in time to prevent any real damage to it. They were fast curious upfront about costs and efficient in getting the work done. Mike D in particular did a fantastic job and I would highly recommended this company and especially mike if you have any electric work to be done. I know i will use him again for sure and request him. They come and take care of you in an emergency its all you can ask for.

It was actually Paul who came to the rescue for me today! I had a terrific experience with him. He explained everything he was doing in detail as he went along. Paul was very friendly, patient and most importantly very knowledgeable! I have a new hardwired smoke detector on my first floor and a new one in the basement as well. I hope to replace standard breakers in main panel with arc and ground fault breakers very soon. Thanks again, Paul, you made my day. Giving you an A+++ rating!

Todd was fantastic! He diagnosed the issue and tried everything in his power to fix my boiler on the spot but unfortunately because SCWA had a water main break and all the asphalt sand dirt and debris went into my heater coil it was permanently clogged forcing me to have to replace the part. Tood said he will come back to install the new part as soon as it comes in so he can get us back hot water for our appliances. Very nice understanding and compassionate!!
