Update (June 2026): Worked with HVAC to have a heavy duty dehumidifier installed; the technician (Eli) was informative, detail shared all the options with pros/cons to help me with various decisions, and professional with install and instructions. Also had Electrical do the annual whole home electrical system checkup. The technician (Klivan) was prompt, polite, and went above and beyond to answer questions. The checkup was pretty much straight As, which supports the quality of electrical work performed by NH Ross last year.

Kevin was very professional, provided clear explanations of the issues and options to get the system operational.

I just signed up for NH Ross’ Anchor club last month to have them do home inspections of everything. Paul who does the electric for the company, came to my house and went over everything with me, any concerns I had I was able to ask and he answered all of my questions and concerns. He was very respectful, courteous and kind. I did not feel pressured into signing anything or do any work on the spot. I appreciated that he printed out everything for me and the options they had for work to be done in the future. I recommend this company 100%. They also replaced my old boiler with a new one and it has worked fantastic since. I also had Kevin F who came to do Our AC Tuneup. He was super polite and helpful, very knowledgeable and answering all questions I had. They have gained my trust and I really like how flexible and accommodating they are. I also enjoy how they are truly a one stop shop.

June 11- Bryan methodically checked the A/C system. The system was not cooling properly. Turns out it needed a bit more refrigerant. Apparently there is a leak. He spoke with his office to schedule at date for someone to come by and seach for the leak. Bryan was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with this service call.

We called NH Ross for a small job on the electrical panel at my mom's house. Klivan was the technician who came and we were very happy with the service. Dispatch called to let us know when he was on his way and he arrived right on time. Klivan was professional and thorough. He pointed out a few other things that need to (eventually) be done with the house's electrical, but there was no pushy hard sell to do them today since they weren't urgent safety-related issues. Money is tight these days, so it's always nice to work with tradesmen who don't try to take you for a ride. Definitely recommend NH Ross -- excellent, prompt service.

I reached out on a whim for an estimate on a new bathroom fan install, ductwork and electrical to have done days before an event at my home. The next day, Cole came to my house and completed the work to perfection within a couple of hours. I couldn't be happier with the work Cole did and he was extremely professional. Cole was great - patient when I had questions; Nh Ross does very good work

Cole came and did an electrical inspection of my home. Once he opened up my electrical panel it was very dirty and rusty inside. He vacuumed it and explained to me what was wrong with the wiring. He took his time and answered every question that I had. I agreed for a new panel etc. Cole took the old panel out and installed the new one and did the wiring and cleaned the area once he was done and took the old panel with him. I’m happy with the work he did.

Had a great experience with this company. They came out to diagnose and fix our AC unit this month. Daniel G did the diagnostics last week and Kevin F came today to fix it and replace our pump. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable.

I had an excellent experience with Ross. The representative who took my phone call was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I requested a morning appt for the next day and sure enough, the technician came a little after nine. They even sent me text and picture of Paul when he was on his way. Paul was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Fixed my dimmer switch in a snap. Moving forward I will use Ross for all my electrical and plumbing needs.

Dan called ahead when on his way, listened carefully to our description of the cooling issues, and thoughtfully put on cloth booties before entering our home. Dan’s careful diagnosis and down to earth explanation of the repair issues were much appreciated. We are thankful that Ross Heating and Cooling was able to come to our assistance in a timely manner.

Well the Company just came to do the yearly inspection on the electrical part of the house. Paul palermo was the guy that came. He spent a long time going through the entire house which is quite large.. He was extremely informative and went over everything with me and explained issues that came up and what was great too.. I am extremely happy with their service. I will tell you that this company is not just about looking for problems to make money, which many people think about these types of services. I like the honesty. People do not realize how important it is to have this kind of insurance in place. The peace of mind knowing that my smoke detectors work or my electrical plugs are in decent shape is so worth it. Repair work is absolutely great too. No mess. The best people.

Mike repaired my bathtub faucet and sink efficiently, and everything was completed the same day. Professional, reasonably priced, and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!

Just goes to show how important these checkups can be !!! Especially if you just bought your own place ! DONT TRUST YOUR HOME INSPECTORS ! Update 4/8/2026 - I’ve been part of their Anchor Club for about 1–2 years. I do appreciate that they come out and check the HVAC and systems, but almost every visit turns into an upsell for things that aren’t really necessary. The pricing is what really concerns me. During my most recent visit, I was quoted over $1,000 to replace a 3/4" main water shutoff valve. This is typically a ~$40–$60 part and a fairly straightforward job. I understand companies need to make money, but that kind of pricing feels excessive. I’d recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major work they suggest.

We add a couple of jobs done by Todd from NH Ross, he did a great job and was always friendly and accommodating. I’d recommend him and NH Ross for any plumbing, heating or electrical work. I have recently got a few more jobs done by Cole T, and Jack J. Both were amazing technicians, explaining the job they were going to do and also very polite. I had my water heater serviced by Mo, and he was extremely helpful, explaining everything he was doing and very charismatic all the time.

I'm very happy with my experiences with NH Ross. I've used quite a few services now as I am a new home owner and have signed up for their monthly service plan. Most recently, I had a new water tank installed which was led by Andrew. He was very professional and did a great job. The location of the water heater is in a tough spot (located under the home in a crawlspace), so I especially appreciate Andrew and his partner's hard work to remove the old tank and install the new one. I've also had Paul come out to my home to help with an electrical evaluation, an electrical panel upgrade, and all of my many electrical questions/concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It's important to feel that you can trust someone when it comes to something as important as home electrical work; I know that my home is in good hands when Paul is there. Lastly, the dispatch team is great. Very communicative- always let's me know the day before and day of what's going on and who's coming out. EDIT: In April 2026 I had plumbing work done led by John and Anthony. Once again, the pipes are all located in a crawlspace, so I really appreciate the labor that went into this job. I also had work done on my kitchen and bathroom sinks. It was a large job, but John and Anthony were so professional and efficient. John was the one who initially came out to inspect the issue and go over my options with me. He was extremely thorough and explained an option to only fix the burst pipes, an option for the sink work, and an option to do a larger pipe replacement (it's an old house and was in need of an upgrade on that front). What I've appreciated most about all of my experiences with NH Ross is that no one has been pushy. They present the options and give their opinion, but as a customer it's great to not feel pressured when it comes to very expensive decisions.
