Paul was Both FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGABLE. He explained all work that should or could be done. He seems to be a very valuable employee.

The entire project was completed within one workday. I was kept in the loop as to what would be taking place at every stage during the installation of both the furnace and the air conditioning. Everyone worked cleanly and the mess afterwards was minimal, almost non-existent. Based on one day of the new equipment, the overall temperature of the house is much better monitored than at any time since we moved in six months ago.

Our new central heat system didn’t work, when house was opened after a long winter. Ron N. diagnosed & repaired the immediate cause (leaking pipes above dripped water into the unit & shorted control board) but had to troubleshoot why it still wouldn’t run….found & repaired faulty/cracked wires behind the new indoor thermostat….now, all working as it should. Thank you, Ron N., for your knowledge and dedicated service!

First time using NH Ross and I was thrilled with the service! We had a leaking water heater and John diagnosed the issue and gave us options for replacement. John was extremely profession and knowledgeable. Within an hour another technician arrived with the new water heater and did the installation. A brand-new tankless water-heater installed a few days ago by NH Ross was not working properly. Owner Mr. Ross and customer rep (Jill) were very cooperative and communicative in responding to my emergency calls (on a Saturday) and sending Jack (technician) out to diagnose and, if possible, fix the problem. (No hot water). Jack was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful with answering questions and explaining things. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. Paul was exceptional! We have been looking for an electrician that we could trust and think we found one in Paul. After walking through the entire house including the attic, he informed us of electrical items that were not up to code. Paul was thorough and checked every single outlet, electrical panel, inside and outside outlets. He gave us a quote for all the required work as well as a breakdown for each of the items. He was even able to start the same day on some of the quick items. He explained everything step by step on the quote and also offered further details while doing the walkthrough and work. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous. I signed a comprehensive maintenance contract moving forward. (2) Today (months later) I had Jack J. review my heating system. How thorough it was! I was very impressed. They even changed my filters. Very professional. Gave me a comprehensive list of recommendations for the future to consider. Their maintenance contract is the BEST price and value around the area. (3) Eli J. is yet another professional, knowledgeable, experienced technician who checked up on my air conditioning system to make sure it’s in pristine condition before operating it for the summer. I got a full report at the end, recommendations for some enhancements, and an explanation as to what each one would do.
