Paul is the best, Had a blown circuit breaker that needed to be replaced, turned into a new panel after he discovered incorrect wiring that could have caused a fire. The plumbers were at the top of their game. They were professional and carefully explained the options provided with the services they provided. Although the project last as longer than expected these guys worked until they believed the job was perfected. Long day but I truly appreciated the job they did. Great job guys.

I really like the way this company operates. 10-20-25 I called to find out why my a:/c fan was coming on when my heat came on. The technician came out and discovered my thermostat was set up for electric heat vs gas. He set the thermostat for gas and the fan no longer comes on for heat. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.. I asked why my a/c filters seemed to not fit. He showed me that most filters for a 24x30x1 opening are sized at 23.5x 29.5x3/4. I have searched for 24x30x1 filters and can’t find any..

I recently had a problem with a thermostat in one of our bedrooms. I called NH Ross and Patrick responded the next day. He replaced the thermostat quickly and he was professional and pleasant to deal with. I recommend NH Ross and would use them again.

5 stars is not enough to give this company for the work performed. From the salesperson, Jose who simply took the time to explain the job to Jack and Jorge who worked tirelessly for 14 hours until the job was complete installing a difficult boiler, barely leaving for lunch. Constant communication from the office and the red carpet was over the top, you could eat off my basement floor when they left. Slight hiccup with Ecobee's thermostat, 'NH Ross to the rescue', onsite the next day at 730am. Thank you NH Ross for giving us Jorge, Jack and Jill in the office-they are rockstars as is your company! I will spread the word and be joining the Anchor Club too.

The first part is my earlier review which I'd like to add to below. (1) While my a/c repairs are going to cost me, Jason did a fantastic job explaining what/why/how. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous. I signed a comprehensive maintenance contract moving forward. (2) Today (months later) I had Jack J. review my heating system. How thorough it was! I was very impressed. They even changed my filters. Very professional. Gave me a comprehensive list of recommendations for the future to consider. Their maintenance contract is the BEST price and value around the area. (3) Eli J. is yet another professional, knowledgeable, experienced technician who checked up on my air conditioning system to make sure it’s in pristine condition before operating it for the summer. I got a full report at the end, recommendations for some enhancements, and an explanation as to what each one would do. Eli was very respectful of my home, friendly, thorough and an asset to the company. Thanks for another great job!

I had a great experience with Daniel V and Jason installing a dishwasher! They were professional, communicative, and courteous. I really appreciated that they left the kitchen spotless and even helped clean out a clog in our vacuum!

Daniel was fantastic! He came over on short notice and fixed my AC system very quickly. There was debris caught in the motor and he removed it and got my system up and running in no time.

I had two air conditioners, both of which were 25 years old. NH Ross worked with me to negotiate a fair price and provided three professional installers who worked in my house for 10 hours. It was a very professional experience, from estimate, sales, communication, and physical install. And it all happened within a week's time. Thanks to my salesman Jose and my installers Brian, Eli, and Mario. I also purchased their Anchor Club, which gets me free annual upkeep and a discount should I need new products/services not only for air, but for plumbing and heating.

Arrived on time; very easy to schedule. John R was great - took the time to look at our issues and diagnose / explain what the problems were without pushing a service. Their service is on the more expensive side, but he fixed the issue within an hour or so and tested everything again to make sure it was resolved.

Juan and his crew were great, very thorough, pleasant and efficient with their work. We already had other work done by Ross, so we were happy to have them come back for other work. Update: We're finding that they didn't clean up thoroughly afterwards, little pieces of wire and the occasional screw left laying around. Still kind of having a few electrical issues, although I don't know if it's the work that was done, work done previously by another company, or just my house is cursed.

The entire project was completed within one workday by Eli and Brian. I was kept in the loop as to what would be taking place at every stage during the installation of both the furnace and the air conditioning. Everyone worked cleanly and the mess afterwards was minimal, almost non-existent. Based on one day of the new equipment, the overall temperature of the house is much better monitored than at any time since we moved in six months ago.

The on/off switch on my garbage disposal was not working even though the disposal worked fine when plugged into another outlet. Paul Palermo got to the root of the problem and fixed it. Unfortunately my heated bathroom floor was not as easy. Paul was thorough and investigated any possible cause. He also checked to see if i had appropriate smoke/carbon dioxide detectors in the house. If you have a big job, the do offer financing. Every tech that has ever been to my home has been professional friendly and very efficient.

We have Juan to help us to replace the dimmer switch in the kitchen and install the new light device today. He is very friendly and knowledgeable during the service. We called NH Ross on Friday night, our air conditioning stopped working. By Saturday morning 9:30 Patrick arrived and was able to repair our system. Within 1/2 hour he had our system up and cooling us off. The customer service from NH Ross and Patrick was excellent.

Patrick was incredible. He found the problem with my clogged condensation drain pipe. He explained the problem to me in an easily explained way and was courteous and knowledgeable. I am extremely grateful for his help.

John was excellent! He addressed the problem, provided an estimate, fixed the problem with minimal mess, and was done in about an hour! He was courteous and very friendly! John told me Ross does electric and HVAC, too! I’ll definitely use Ross in the future!

Staff members like Joan, Jill, Gail, Joe, Brian, and a few more whose names I know I’m missing (my deepest apologies for that - I will add them in at a later date), all make you feel welcomed, and supported with every phone call. A brand-new tankless water-heater installed a few days ago by NH Ross was not working properly. Owner Mr. Ross and customer rep (Jill) were very cooperative and communicative in responding to my emergency calls (on a Saturday) and sending Jack (technician) out to diagnose and, if possible, fix the problem. (No hot water). Jack was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful with answering questions and explaining things. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem. I was able to take a long hot shower. Thank you. Just had AC tune-up w/ Daniel. Excellent communication and explanations of system. Very professional and courteous. Thank you.

NH Ross has been nothing but spectacular. They respond to our calls very quickly and get technicians out as soon as possible. We have had Patrick and Jose come to evaluate our system, and then Brian L and Eli just did an install this week. They were all knowledgeable and provided options with clear explanations. At no time did we feel pressured or unheard. The work was done quickly and respectfully. Another issue arose (unrelated to the AC) and again they were quick to respond and get someone out. Tye has been working on that, and is yet again another terrific employee. We truly appreciate this company and the lengths it goes to make its customers feel comfortable and confident.

Pete came out and assessed the basement project and provide his input and recommendations. They fell in line with what i was looking for and proceeded with the project. 2 Days later Pete and Paul came ran all necessary wiring and got everything operational. Very courteous and took pride in his work. Would do business with N H Ross again.

Jayson and Jorge went above and beyond to replace our broken 53 year old furnace, and broken 25 year central air conditioning. The positions of the AC unit was very difficult to reach, (behind the kitchen counters), and the unit was difficult to remove. I live in a condominium built in 1972, so the design of the architecture was not optimal for replacing said units. Jayson and Jorge spent almost 12 hours, making the replacement as easy as possible for us. They worked endlessly to make sure our heating and air conditioning was up and running, and better than ever. I will absolutely recommend NH Ross to anyone who needs HVAC work.
