Todd was great ! From the moment he walked in. He took his time and diagnosed my boiler issue correctly after being misdiagnosed and almost scammed by another company. He fixed the problem but still no heat. He rechecked and notice a pipe cold/ frozen. Suggested we put portable heater near crawl space but still said he will come back the next day to make sure all good. Price was little high but not sure what these things go for. Todd and Jill collectively discussed and gave us a little discount. Plus I felt comfortable with company from the beginning. The office was easy to deal and updated us on arrival time. Reliable ! Ross to the Rescue thank you !! DO NOT use Chivalry plumbing. !! Scam and dishonest !!
