Thanks to Paul. I had electrical problems at my house with an entire wall that had NO power on both sides affecting 2 rooms. He was able to troubleshoot, explain everything to me and turned out it was a PSEG issue. BUT in the meantime, he did let me know my breaker panel was about 40 years old and not up to code. I have to trust this was the case, considering my house was built in the 1950s and I have only been here since 2013. So, while he was here, I decided to have him put in a new breaker panel and surge protector for peace of mind. He was kind, professional, empathetic and I felt like he always had my best interest in mind. He worked neat and was respectful of me, my property and my dog. He was in my home for about 6 hours that day. I did have some billing issues when my card was flagged for fraud, that were ultimately resolved but only after numerous calls to the office. This was so frustrating especially after spending so much $$$. In the end, they made it right, so I do appreciate Amy, the bookkeeper stepping in and helping me.
