Over the course of my experience with NH Ross, I have invested thousands of dollars in their services. Unfortunately, the journey has been marked by repeated issues and considerable frustration. After the installation of two new central air conditioning and heating units, I encountered numerous problems that required multiple service callbacks. While the technicians typically addressed these concerns, a persistent refrigerant leak remained unresolved. Each spring, I was forced to recharge the system due to this leak. Despite visiting my home on at least two occasions to locate the source and charge me for a sealant process, NH Ross was unable to identify it. Instead, they proposed a costly solution—installing new copper tubing along the exterior of my home—without confirming that the piping was the actual issue. I continued to spend thousands of dollars maintaining the system, yet NH Ross declined to perform a pressure test, which could have pinpointed the problem. Eventually, I engaged a different HVAC company to conduct a pressure test. Within seven minutes of their service call, they identified the leak at the connection point between the copper tubing and the A/C unit. They repaired the connection, pressurized the system with air, and monitored it over several days to ensure there were no further leaks. The system has since been operating properly. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service provided by NH Ross. I communicated the steps I was going to taking to resolve the issue and was assured that a manager would contact me to assist. That call never came.

Paul is the best, Had a blown circuit breaker that needed to be replaced, turned into a new panel after he discovered incorrect wiring that could have caused a fire.
