Very happy with the install of my new Mitsubishi mini split system. The salesman Bob was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy. Thanks Bob! The install guys Eli and Christian were exceptional and did a great job. Clean professional and knowledgeable explained everything took their time to do the job right. Dealing with the office was a joy, everyone involved were a pleasure to deal with. A very nice company to do business with which sadly these days isn't as common as it once was. I recently converted my house from oil heat to gas heat. NH Ross has been great throughout the process. They were very accommodating to my schedule. All of the workers were excellent. Artie in particular has done a great job. He was extremely neat and cleaned everything when the job was done. There was nothing for me to do when he finished. He reviewed everything with me and answered all questions that I had. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I would highly recommend NH Ross. Neal has a great crew that he should be very proud of.
