We had an absolutely disaster loss of power during the coldest time of the year during the worst snow storm we have had in 7 years. They came out accessed the damage and we needed a full panel replacement. Got it done the next day ensuring my house would have heat in time to prevent any real damage to it. Paul was very friendly, patient and most importantly very knowledgeable! I have a new hardwired smoke detector on my first floor and a new one in the basement as well. Todd was fantastic! He diagnosed the issue and tried everything in his power to fix my boiler on the spot but unfortunately because SCWA had a water main break and all the asphalt sand dirt and debris went into my heater coil it was permanently clogged forcing me to have to replace the part. Tood said he will come back to install the new part as soon as it comes in so he can get us back hot water for our appliances. Very nice understanding and compassionate!!

Dan G did a check of the heating unit and did the maintenance needed. He also checked my carbon monoxide alarm and saw that it expired. I ordered two more. He suggested I put one where I sleep. He does a very good job of explaining the unit and what may need to be done next. Thank you Dan. Dan G did a great job. He explained the issue with the AC thoroughly. Very knowledgeable. He was patient professional and friendly. He put a temporary fix. In place. Brian and Rob came today to install the new AC unit. They were extremely professional. They explained what they were doing and what was done very clearly. They took good care of the house putting down the cloths on the floor. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend NH Ross!
