I had my water heater serviced by Mo, and he was extremely helpful, explaining everything he was doing and very charismatic all the time.

Daniel was the first member of NH Ross to come repair my HVAC system after the AC stopped working over the summer and was flooding the utility closet with water. He did not rush, walked me through each problem and educated me, was professional and polite - great experience! I’ve had such horror stories with contractors on the past and I now feel comfortable knowing I have NH Ross to rely on each month.

Beyond that, I then had Eli and James come for my annual free time up of my heater. Having moved in only a few months ago, I was totally unaware of the lack of upkeep from the previous owners. Eli and James diagnosed everything, explained the problems thoroughly in layman’s terms, went above and beyond to fix ancillary defects, and provided a full repair within under one hour!

This company is fantastic, I highly recommend them to anyone. Communication and scheduling with the office is a breeze. I’ve had the worst experiences with techs and NH Ross has been a rock star!

Since I am unable to leave more than one review, I’ve edited this one to reflect my recent experience with their plumbing technicians.

I had an emergency and Todd was able to fix everything quickly, efficiently, and explained everything to me in terms that were easy to understand. The price was very affordable and he was great to work with. He also gave me great advice on how to avoid future problems.

Mohammed just completed my annual plumbing tune up and went above and beyond! He took his time and walked me through everything. Pleasant demeanor, professional, and worked so hard! Every experience so far has been terrific! Thank you!
